Went to see artist Kristin Morgin speak the other day. She makes these fragile, unfired clay and glue sculptures. Love the visible frame/scaffolding and that she is pushing boundaries of traditional ceramics by using completely raw materials that actually turn out to have a winsome, vintage white color I want all my furniture to be lately. Her show opens tonight at Zack Feuer Gallery in NYC.
