Shoe Du Jour

All that glitters is silver. Inspired by the silver lace up booties (later discovered to be Chanel nonetheless) worn by Julia Sarr-Samois (see my post on her last month) I loved the idea of pairing a simple shoe in a flashy format with basics (obvi). Cutie pie Betty paired her Guiseppe Zanotti's with denim shorts and leather, but I am loving the idea of sporting these with grey skinny jeans and a grey cable knit oversized sweater for the perfect monochromatic look with just the right touch of glam.
