Earlier this week, I submitted myself to the chaos of the last two days of Barney's Warehouse sale half expecting to return with nothing but a little blood, sweat, and tears from girls battling the shoe racks and the less than stellar reviews from earlier visits by my colleagues. The battle was quite worth it, the battle within -that is to allow myself only one pair of shoes (gotta save for Europe!). I'd been seriously drooling over these Alexander Wang Tilda Low Knotted Sandals (in the green or black) all summer, and having found them at his sample sale this summer still priced at $250'ish - I just couldn't take the price plunge. Thank you Barneys for that extra 50% off all warehouse sale items, because I found my dream summer sandals (hey, better late than never right?!) for about $100 in the dark green. Seriously, I could give up ankle boots till the snow falls because they are extraordinarily comfortable and magically go with everything.
